NDTV 24x7 is a premier English language news channel in India that is owned by New Delhi Television Ltd. It is the largest private producer of news and current affairs programming. NDTV 24x7 is widely considered the best 24-hour English news channel in India. It won the Asian Television Award for Best News Channel in 2005.
NDTV 24x7 is home to a team of award winning journalists who spearhead the news campaign. Some of them are Dr. Prannoy Roy, Barkha Dutt.
The news channel also has many other extra-news programmes like "The Big Fight", "We the People", which are highly popular. The channel continues to produce original content such as documentaries and special reports.
NDTV 24x7 is also available outside of India, broadcasting in the UK on the Sky Digital platform, in the U.S. on the DirecTV platform, in Canada on the ATN platform, in Australia on the Vision Asia platform, in Europe on the WorldTV platform, and in Singapore on the mio TV platform.

The channel airs one of India's most successful opinion-based shows: We the People with Barkha Dutt. The show has received critical acclaim and has won several key awards. Another very popular show is hosted on NDTV 24x7 called 'The Big Fight' hosted by Vikram Chandra (the show was earlier hosted by Rajdeep Sardesai, who quit NDTV in 2005).
In October 2007, the channel started a new series - 'Documentary 24x7' that features path-breaking documentaries that explore contemporary issues.
The channel is also popular amongst the youth, and regularly features educational series such as GetAhead in June 2007, Exam Guru and Cat Scan as well as shows for young professionals such as Show Me The Money, Cell Guru and the Car and Bike Show.
