The NATO Consultation, Command and Control Organization (NC3O) was formed in 1996. Its main objective is to provide to NATO of a coherent C3 capability which should be Secure and Interoperable.
The NATO C3 Board (NC3B) acts as a board of directors for the NC3O being its main policy body.
Two of its main Agencies are NATO C3 Agency NC3A and NATO Communication and Information Systems Services Agency NCSA, previously known as NACOSA.
