[edit] Please respect editing restrictions
Please respect the editing restrictions that are currently in effect on many SL conflict related articles per the blue box on top of these articles. In particular, you
violated the 1RR limit here and here- remove cited material here and here
- added uncited personal opinion here
You really need to respect the edit restrictions, or else you will have to get blocked. That would be a pity. I am aware that you also have done some good faith edits, such as when you added a missing reference here. Please keep doing this good work. — Sebastian 07:20, 9 January 2008 (UTC)
- Artile Human Rights in Sri Lanka does not display a warning as saying it's protected or edit restricted. So i dont think i'm violating anything 1RR there.... cheers!! --Navod Ediriweera (talk) 08:32, 9 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Help
There is an article called "Portuguese Ceylon". Sri Lanka was never fully occupied by the Portuguese. For that reason today, it is widely accepted by scholars that the term Portuguese Ceylon is inapplicable. Rather the term Portuguese period in Ceylon (Sri Lanka) is more applicable, because "Portuguese Ceylon" may seem to those who are unaware, as if all of Sri Lanka was occupied by the Portuguese at that time period. Therefore I need someone to help me keep the article title changed.--Svm1 63 (talk) 06:22, 11 February 2008 (UTC)
- Svm1. (Just Logged in after some time) I read the article in question and by the look of it all the colonial articles are named that way. It seems to be a wikipedia standard or something.. --Navod Ediriweera (talk) 10:19, 9 March 2008 (UTC)
