[edit] Necessary redirect?
It seems apparent to me that this redirect was created as an attempt at humor, or vandalism? And now it is being played with further.
There are no real links to this page.
I was considering a nomination for deletion, but then decided that this could possibly be made into a meaningful redirect. I am pointing it to Introspection for now, and will perhaps add content on that page about the term. This article would seem the closest match for an appropriate target.
But really, shouldn't the Wiktionary entry suffice as a definition? --KeithB 04:54, 29 October 2006 (UTC)
- I came across this archive, that discusses a former Navel-gazing article that was deleted. The archive metntions a couple of redirect possibilities, neither of which existed at the time. One of the articles, Omphaloskepsis, does exist now. And it does mention navel-gazing. I am not sure if it is more appropriate as a target, but I will go ahead and change the redirect.
- The topic is also being discussed at the original target talk page.
- Perhaps a disambig page would better suit this term, if it has a literal, as well as slang, definition? Looking for input. --KeithB 05:42, 29 October 2006 (UTC)
