Taken from BYU online collection of historic photographs. Original copy is held by Ceder City Daughers of Utah Pioneers. The photograph is undated, but must have been taken before 1850. Public domain because of its age.

Daguerreotype of the Nauvoo Temple, dated from details in the image to circa 1847. Public domain in the United States because of its age. The photographer is Louis R. Chaffin. The original is in the Cedar City Chapter of the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers, Cedar City, Utah.
