hoax

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not meet very basic Wikipedia criteria may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as an appropriate article, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is appropriate, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Mhking 18:33, 20 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Orphaned non-free image (Image:CBeebies USA copy.png)

Thanks for uploading Image:CBeebies USA copy.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Aksibot 22:18, 28 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Notability of The Little Wolf and the Bad Little Girl

A tag has been placed on The Little Wolf and the Bad Little Girl, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag) and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Corvus cornix 22:58, 28 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Little context in Not to be confused

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Not to be confused, by Wingsandsword, another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Not to be confused is very short providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles.

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Not to be confused, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Please note, this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion, it did not nominate Not to be confused itself. Feel free to leave a message on the bot operator's talk page if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot. --Android Mouse Bot 2 18:02, 29 May 2007 (UTC)

Hi, a friendly suggestion: dictionary definitions are very welcome on Wiktionary. Encyclopedia articles are only for things that need a longer explanation. cheers, Moyabrit 18:07, 29 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] BBC Kids

BBC Kids is not an american channel, do not refer in the article that it is an american channel, it is Canadian only. If there ahppenes to be an american channel with the same name then create an article for the american channel, but this is a Canadian channel only. MusiMax 20:34, 3 June 2007 (UTC)

But I want to contact to the BBC on their website to make an American channel with the same name, and it will be devoted for British kids' programming. [User: Nate Speed]

[edit] Nick 2

Please stop adding fake nonsense to the Nick 2 page. Nick 2 wasn't around in 1989, and it never had a slogan or idents. Nickelodeonfan2007 18:27, 20 July 2007 (UTC)

YOU stop! [User: Nate Speed]

[edit] PBS idents: We do not censor

I have put the first two logos back where they are -- removal of logos just because they scare someone is censorship (see Wikipedia:WikiProject Wikipedians against censorship). Please understand this -- the next time someone removes a logo on account of scaring, they will be officially warned; if they persist, they will be blocked. P.S. -- See also WP:IDONTLIKEIT. -- azumanga 03:35, 22 July 2007 (UTC)

If you block me, I'll block you back, so there! HA! [User: Nate Speed]
Childish behavior like that is NOT welcome at Wikipedia -- you are obligated to follow regulations; no one's above the rules. -- azumanga 23:18, 22 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Userpage statement about blocking users with conflicts

I ask you kindly to remove the statement on your user page about blocking users who issue you warnings and those who may block you, per WP:No polemical statements and WP:No personal attacks. As you're not an administrator, you do not have the right to block anyone, and no user would ever block another just because of a template warning, as that would be an abuse of power, and even more, seems petty. If you have concerns with content, please discuss them on the proper talk page for each article. Know that Wikipedia is a collaborative project, and that your contributions are welcome, as long as you deal with others with professionalism and respect. Thank you. Nate 07:51, 23 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Do not remove comments

Please do not delete content from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to User talk:Nate Speed. Your edits do not appear to be constructive and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use Wikipedia:Sandbox for test edits. The removal of warnings and notes from your userpage is a sign of defiance, and may result in you being block if you persist. -- azumanga 18:39, 24 July 2007 (UTC)

YOU don't! And if you block me, I'll block you back! [User: Nate Speed]
Listen to me -- you are expected to act like a professional on Wikipedia, and behave maturely. You are doing neither. And again -- only admins have the power to block -- you don't. You better understand right now until an admin blocks you. Understand? -- azumanga 18:45, 24 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Club Connect

A tag has been placed on Club Connect, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the page appears to have no meaningful content or history, and the text is unsalvageably incoherent.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag) and leave a note on the page's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself.

If the page you created was a test, please use the sandbox for any other experiments you would like to do. Feel free to leave a message on my talk page if you have any questions about this. azumanga 21:39, 26 July 2007 (UTC)

As I had not added your page to my watchlist, and as you made no posting on my talkpage, I have only just found the above message. Now you can be as childish as you like on your own userpage, but the fact remains that you have no ability to block anyone, while every admin has the ability and the authority to block you if your edits warrant it. I suggest that you should bear this in mind, and also I recommend that you look at WP:CIVIL. --Anthony.bradbury"talk" 10:41, 27 August 2007 (UTC)

Nate Speed, when responding to other criticisms or comments on your talk page, you MUST reply in a calm, civilised manner. What you are doing makes you get passed off like a spoiled child. If you don;t like what they are saying, say so, but politely. Childish behavior is NOT welcome here, just like at home, school or any public place. -- azumanga 20:37, 5 August 2007 (UTC)

Call me Nate. [User: Nate Speed]

I WILL BLOCK YOU BA- What? Oh. Yes, he MUST reply calmly.
