                                      FRUIT

The Kerry Orange

The Kerry Orange is a variety of fruit originating from the clementines. It is a startling bright orange in colour with brown circular spots. The Kerry Orange is also related to the Benny Mandarin. The Benny Mandarin variety which has a similiar appearance, but only has asexual organs.

The Kelly Banana Slipper

The Kelly Banana Slipper is a variety of banana that can only be found in the Amazon Rainforest. It has an unusual green pigment, this may be due to having to blend in to it's natural habitat, such as the trees it grows on. In order to protect it self from predators such as the Campbella Chimp, which often munches on these bananas, they have to try and blend in.

The Jodie Plum

A strong pigment of purple often attracts the wild Openshaw Bumblebees, making it a top contender for the worlds association of endangered species. The Jodie Plum is mainly situated in Europe, however it has been known to be found as far as Africa.

The Pomegrante Paula

The Paula Pomegranate is the only known Pomegranate that can actually change its colour to adapt to its environment. For example if it came into contact with the Campbella Chimp it would immediately force itself to emit a blood red warning liquid. Scientist believes this may be a defence attack, as the Campbella Chimp has been known to retreat in these circumstances. Mainly found in the Amazon rain Forest, it is an unlikely companion of the Openshaw bumblebee. Feeding only on its wings, as the Openshaw Bumblebee has an incredible ability to grow new wings every single day, this has baffled boffins for many years.

The Kiwi Karen

The Kiwi Karen is closely related fruit of the Natty Nectarine. They are so close that they actually grow on the same tree! You may ask yourself how this is possible. Well 1000 years ago deep within the Amazon rain Forest secret biological phenomena occurred. Scientist calls this the coincidental fruit flower. There were two types of fruit Kiwi and Nectarine were both growing on separate trees, many claim just 2 metres apart. One day there was a severe rain fall this caused an individual kiwi and individual nectarine to fall onto the ground both crushed together and nested into the soil. A year later people just thought, oh wow another kiwi tree, but then a month later, a Campbella Chimp was seen sitting next to this tree. An Openshaw bumble and Kelly Banana were acting suspiciously; Scientist could see that both the kiwi and the nectarine were growing on the same branch!

Ever since this occurred, all the fruit above have amazing made a new home next to this wondrous tree. Legend has it that this was meant to happen and these fruits were destined to mix together in perfect harmony. However it has been far from perfect harmony in recent years. With the Campbella Chimp and the Openshaw Bumblebee constantly trying to sling the Kerry plum, Paula Pomegranate and Kelly banana up into the tops of the highest trees.

Can this mush mash of fruity frenzy ever be smoothed so that they can blend just as well as they have done since this phenomenon was created?

However Gemma Grapefruit was a different story altogether, with a sour green outer coating, its bitterly sweet appearance didn’t seem to go down well with everyone, especially the Natalie Nectarine.

WHAM! BOOM! CRASH’’ As the Campebella Chimp and Natalie Nectarine launched an attack on Gemma Grapefruit! Everyone else stared in amazement as the three wrestled for supreme dominance! Even Pomegranate Paula had run out of redness to emit! The Openshaw bumble bee zoomed around in circles to try and catch a glimpse from above! Kelly Banana couldn’t get a word in edge ways as Gemma Grapefruit was squealing at a deafening rate.

5 minutes had passed and still the fight continued. Kelly Banana had enough, and screamed for them to stop, causing her lemon yellow banana skin to frizzle in the sun.
