Although this would certainly be acceptable on Wikisource (Under its correct name of course) I do not know that it would then be deleted from here which you seem to be impling. Many WP articles started out as a copy of Public Domain material and the topic strikes me as being encylopedic. Obviously the article should be expanded but the information here seems to be useful as part of an article on the National Traffic and Motor Safety Act.--Birgitte§β ʈ Talk 17:26, 23 June 2006 (UTC)
