Talk:National Security Directive
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
[edit] Merge proposal
Should be merged with the more generalized subject article, presidential directives. The word National Security Directive was unique only to the administration of President George H. W. Bush. --Gerald Farinas 20:15, 30 Aug 2004 (UTC)
I agree. The name changes from administration to administration. Publicus 18:20, 27 August 2007 (UTC)
[edit] List format
I think on this page there should be a specific list of directives, for example Reagan issued NSDD 145 in 1984, "National Policy on Telecommunications and Automated Information Systems Security". There are many different directives which fall under different naming conventions. E.G. NSDD 145 cannot ever be called PRD 145. RWilliamKing 19:23, 10 February 2007 (UTC)
