[edit] Question

Hi! I'm a little confused about this sentence; In 1974, Congress established a federal regulatory agency titled the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). Under the Commodity Exchange Act, this legislation Congress gave jurisdiction over commodity and futures trading... Having no knowledge of the NFA, I'm a bit hesitant to change anything major, but I'm wondering if it's supposed to read ...this legislation gave Congress jurisdiction..., as opposed to ...this legislation Congress gave jurisdiction..., which reads a bit odd. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help clarify this! gaillimhConas tá tú? 22:58, 10 February 2007 (UTC)

probably reads better ...this legislation by Congress, gave jurisdiction... good catch. I'll make that edit.--Hu12 02:52, 11 February 2007 (UTC)
