The Nature Conservancy of Canada is a registered charity in Canada, and was founded in 1962. The organization focuses its efforts on the acquiring of ecologically sensitive areas through purchase, donation, or conservation easements. Since its founding the Conservancy has secured long-term arrangements for more than 1,400 properties, which total roughly 1.8 million acres (7,300 kmĀ²) of land and wetlands. This is an area roughly the size of the province of Prince Edward Island.

In 2006, Roberta Langtry made a posthumous donation to this charity of more than $4.3-million Canadian dollars.

This organization is not organizationally related to The Nature Conservancy, which is based in the United States.
