"Natural Born Bugie" (often mis-spelt "Boogie") was the debut single released in 1969 by English rock outfit Humble Pie, one of the first so-called supergroups of the 1960s-'70s. The song reached number four in the UK Singles Chart.[1]

The song has an unusual title and the lyrics do not in fact even mention the word bugie (or boogie), but 'natural born woman ' instead, as seen in this extract:

There she is again
Steppin' out of her limousine, well
Looking like the cover of a twenty-dollar magazine
She's got it made and branded
If you know what I mean
She's a... natural born woman
Natural born woman
She's a... she's a natural born woman

The song was written by Steve Marriott formerly of Small Faces and is a laid-back rock song. It was the band's first song released on Andrew Loog Oldham's Immediate label.

Natural Born Bugie's B-Side in Britain was "Wrist Job", and was released later with "I'll Go Alone" in America.
