Natsushio class submarine

The Natsushio class submarines were significantly smaller than the next generation Japanese submarines, the Oshio class submarines, and the Natsushio class submarines were the development of the Hayashio class submarines.

- Natsushio (SS 523)(launched on September 18, 1962, and deleted on March 20, 1978)
