The school is located in Etobicoke, Ontario, Canada. Its address is 35 Saffron Crescent. It is situated next door to the church of the same name.

The school is administered by the Toronto Catholic District School Board. The principal has been John Shain since 2004-2005. The school has 2 floors and 10 outdoor portable classrooms. The school has an optional French immersion program that begins in Grade 5. A majority of the graduates go to Michael Power-St. Joseph High School.
