National Restaurant Association

The National Restaurant Association is a restaurant industry business association in the United States comprised of 60,000 member companies; a total of more than 300,000 restaurants. It also operates the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation. The association is a member of the International Hotel & Restaurant Association. It was founded in 1919.[1]
The association was the largest food and beverage political action committee contributor to both the U.S. Democratic and Republican Parties in the 2004 election cycle.[2]
