National Police Cadet of Royal Malaysian Police is a team with uniform that exists all over at high schools of Malaysia cope disciplining school students and cope eluding them than all negative activity afford detrimental oneself.

Idea to formed the police cadet triggered by Inspector-General of Police, late Tun Mohamed Salleh Ismail when opening Launching Police Cadet Team to 2 March 1970. His in speech's late sound:
"The overall objective is to make the cadet a responsible citizen of the future. Hey must yield a strong and healthy influence among his colleagues, friends and family so that in the years ahead, there will hey a new breed, of enlightened good citizens contributing to nation building."
Cadet team members and Low Rank Cadet would be picked from pupils secondary school had been chosen to be established PKP. Senior Cadet Officers also is stated school-teachers and Pegawai-pegawai Pelajaran Negeri. These rules are for management facility.

Formed the Organization of Police Cadet framework is arranged also as police arrangement ordinary. Police cadet team divided into Company and Platoon. Each platoons that comprising members who came from a school only -- its members all males or every woman. A Company are contained 4 Platoon and headed by a Company Commander upgrades Assistan Superintendent of Police. This post gripped by a Education Officer or School Senior Lecturer. Company commander are helped by a Adjutant person upgrades by Inspector, a Sub-Inspector and two Sergeant Major.
This Cadet Company Headquarter is located at District Police Headquarters where this team is stay. A platoon is composed 35 members including a cadet senior officer, a sergeant and three corporals. Cadet Senior Officer rank by Inspector is school teacher and another school student.

This organization membership only set apart to pupils secondary school, those aged between 14 year to 21 year. Only those having a body healthy and active only would be picked in order to be this society member. Those who selected would be supplied with uniform specialise to PKP complies measure design. Other than that design also be given intensive training three years while. Among training give police cadet to the members is:-
- Parade -- all type of training including arms handling and parade feet.
- Lecture -- law, Polis's task and responsibility :First Aid
- That lectures are threatening evil elements to country and way mengelakan from personal she is influenced :To which annual tent members will conduct exercises practical
- Carry out soul movement pure and social project.
