The National College of Business and Arts (also, erroneously, Administration) or NCBA is an educational institution located in Cubao, Quezon City, Philippines. It was originally founded in R.Papa St., Sampaloc, Manila in the 1960s until the colleges were transferred to Cubao and Fairview in Quezon City. The college also has branches and allies in nearby cities and provinces.
