National Association of Schools of Music
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The National Association of Schools of Music, NASM, was founded in 1924 and is an accreditor for higher education music school in the United States of America. The association currently accredits 610 institutions of higher learning. NASM should not be confused with regional accreditation.
NASM offers two kinds of accreditation: Institutional Membership, which "is gained only through the peer review process of accreditation," and Individual Membership "available by application."
