Nathaniel James

Nathaniel/Nate James (b.September 1, 1981) is a US-American boxer best known for winning the 2007 National Golden Gloves at super heavyweight.

The 6-5 tall and massive 260 lbs southpaw who is hailing from Malden, Massachusetts is a Northern Michigan University freshman. In 2002 he lost at the Golden Gloves to eventual winner Malcolm Tann, 2005 he was beaten in the finals by Gregory Corbin, 2006 by Erick Correa then weighing an even bigger 350 lbs.
In 2007 he slimmed down and finally won KOing Tyler Turner (Washington, D.C.) 20 seconds into the second round (Turner had previously KOd Jonte Willis). At the US championships he lost 7-12 to two-time champ Mike Wilson (boxer).
