Nathan Fielder

Nathan Fielder is a writer, comedian, filmmaker, born in Vancouver BC.

Fielder has performed stand-up at festivals and clubs, as well as being an internet phenomenon. His profiles on networking sites such as YouTube and Myspace have brought his short films into the public eye. Some of his videos, such as "Game"[1] have touched on current issues such as child obesity and personal privacy.

After receiving the 2006 Tim Sims Award for outstanding Canadian comedy newcomer, Fielder went on to join the cast of the CBC comedy series, This Hour Has 22 Minutes, as a field correspondent. [1]

In 2008, Fielder was nominated for a Canadian Screenwriting Award for his work on This Hour Has 22 Minutes.

He is also a regular Arts & Life contributor for the Canadian newspaper, The National Post.
