Nathan Collett

Nathan Collett is an award winning filmmaker based in Nairobi, Kenya. His work focuses on bring out a realistic, challenging and positive image of those on the very margins of society. He works both in fictional films and on documentaries, with a specific focus on Kibera, Africa's largest slum. He is the founder of Hot Sun Films, a film/video production and training company. One Hot Sun Films' projects is the Hot sun foundation a non-profit organization that works to train, develop and expose the talents and possibilities of the youth of the urban slums of Africa.
