Nathan Frederick Cayless (born March 28, 1978 in Sydney, New South Wales) is an Australian rugby league player for the Parramatta Eels in the National Rugby League competition.

Cayless has also represented New Zealand on 32 occasions between 1998 and 2007, including representing them at the 2000 World Cup. Nathan is also the older brother of Jason Cayless, another prominent professional rugby league player. His position of choice is prop forward.
