Natalie Benjamin-Lewis is a Welsh athlete from Cardiff in Wales. She specialises in middle distance events, in particular the 1500m. She has represented Wales at the Commonwealth Games in Manchester 2002 and Melbourne 2006. She won the Amateur Athletic Association's Indoor title over 1500m in 2002.
Natalie is married to Welsh sprinter Timothy Benjamin. They married in November 2007.
