Now that the offical location has been chosen, should the potential locations be changed to places that did not receive the Hall of Fame?

[edit] First Race?

I removed the line that stated Lowe's was the site of NASCAR's first race which is totally untrue. NASCAR was running races long before Charlotte Motor Speedway was ever even thought about. The first raceway designed with NASCAR in mind was Darlington in the early fifties and NASCAR was running races long before that. The Shadow.
