The Nashville Dream Center was founded by Pastors David & Kristy Calhoun of Life Church in the Lebanon/Mount Juliet, TN area (A Nashville Suburb) in 2005 and is a part of the Dream Center network of ministries founded by Pastors Tommy Barnett and his son Matthew Barnett. The Dream Center is a Christian outreach ministry that gives away hundreds of bags of groceries each month to the homeless, hopeless and hurting of the inner city of Nashville and as well as the entire Nashville region, has a clothing ministry, bus ministry, jail ministry, mentoring/Bible teaching & Discipleship ministry for kids called Sidewalk Sunday School, a neighborhood clean up/restoration ministry called Adopt A Block, provides food & volunteers to several homeless feeding/ministry programs along with other outreaches to the Nashville Region. The Nashville Dream Center partners with numerous churches in the Nashville Region as well as having financial supporters throughout the U.S. The Nashville Dream Center is a not for profit 501(c)3 corporation.
