NASAspaceflight.com is a website that is devoted to spaceflight, manned and unmanned.

The site focuses on the engineering aspect of spaceflight and is a leading online news resource for everyone interested in space flight related news around the clock, with editors present in the leading space faring nations. NASAspaceflight.com has stories picked up by such websites as MSNBC.com. It is run by owner and managing editor Chris Bergin.
NASASpaceFlight.com is dedicated to expanding the public's awareness and respect for the space flight industry, which in turn is reflected in the many thousands of space industry memberson the site, ranging from NASA to Lockheed Martin, Boeing, United Space Alliance and commercial space flight arena.
The structure of the site has a featured article on the homepage, with the most recent articles listed in chronological order beneath it. The bulk of the information on the site is accessed in the forum. The forum is extensive , covering all aspects of spaceflight from the space shuttle to the ISS to advanced concepts. The forums are very lively and are rarely empty, due to worldwide participation. Anyone can participate after they have become a member. It is free to join.
L2 is a subscription service that provides access to even more in depth presentations and information. L2 has a database of documentation, graphics, data, information and video that is over 40,000 megabytes strong. In depth information such as internal NASA memos, Flight Readiness Review documents, and space shuttle flight plans are added daily. L2 also has a simplified search tool, called the Tag Cloud.
The site was conceived from an idea between Chris Bergin and three NASA and United Space Alliance managers, who wanted to see a news media site cover space flight (specifically Shuttle, VSE and NASA) from an engineering standpoint, concentrating on breaking news and documentation that involved the communication between the engineers and managers and the general public who were interested. The website went online just before the STS 114 mission of space shuttle Discovery in the summer of 2005. NASAspaceflight.com now has a team of 20 writers, webmasters and site developers.
