I have revised the original entry, which stated only that Narbona had been "murdered" by US troops. This is not only innaccurate but is insulting to Narbona, who died as a warrior, as a member of a culture that at the time was in direct conflict with the United States.
I have limited time & resources to dedicate too much time, but it was obvious to me that Narbona deserved at least a little more than a simple "killed by the Army" epitaph. Any assistance is appreciated.

- My mistake. It was my understanding that he was murdered, but upon reading this new entry, I see that he was not. Thank you for expanding this stub. I have removed the "Murdered Native Americans" category. Also, please sign your posts on talk pages using four tildes. Instructions on how to do so are on the top of talk page when you edit it. Thank you. Asarelah 00:36, 9 February 2007 (UTC)

- No disrespect to Narbona, but killed in old age at a parley after an accusation about a stolen horse is pretty close to murder, especially considering the circumstances. I suspect the warrior Narbona would not have been killed in this manner if it had been a proper battle. I'm not going to correct the article, but I don't see how the murder detracts from a great leaders reputation.Moheroy 19:14, 25 June 2007 (UTC)
