Narayani Shastri (born April 16, 1978) is an Indian television and theatre actress.
Shastri was educated at Symbiosis College in Pune, and later moved to Government Law College in Mumbai.

She made a Debut in the Serial DD1's Kahani Saat Pheron Ki. She played the lead roles in Piya Ka Ghar and She replaced Neha Mehta to play the new role of Mamta in Zee's Mamta. and She played the role of Tulsi's (Smriti Irani) sister Kesar in Star Plus' Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi. She played the negative character Tashu, a Abhay's evil wife in Sony's Kkusum.

She has taken up two new projects recently. One is tentatively titled Kabhie Na Kabhie in which she is cast opposite Rohit Roy and plays a policewoman. The other is Twinkle Beauty Parlour, produced by Shristhi Behl.
Mad About Money was her first English-language play. She has previously appeared in Hindi plays, including a production of Ghulam, Begum, Badshah with Rajpal Yadav. Much of her theatrical work has been based in Bhopal.
She is currently dating gaurav chopra. They both were seen in Nach Baliye 2 as they were second one to be evicted
