Napoleon Senki (ナポレオン戦記 lit. "Battles of Napoleon"?)[2] is a 1988 Japan-only Famicom game from Irem that re-enacted the Napoleonic Wars in front of the eyes of players who are interested in 19th century warfare. The object is to win each battle so that Napoleon Bonaparte has a chance of conquering rival nations (with an outside chance of conquering all of Europe). Infantry, artillery, and cavalry must be properly used for victory and a successful re-enactment of French history. It starts with the earliest battles in Austria circa 1800 and ends at Waterloo circa 1815 (including the inevitable climax against the Czarist Russian Empire).
