Napier Road

Napier Road is situated in the city of Karachi, Pakistan and is named after Charles Napier, the first British Governor of the Sindh province.
The road is the principal red light district of Karachi. Because prostitution is illegal in Pakistan, the majority of Napier Road's brothels masquerade as dancing halls and theatres. The women refer to themselves as entertainers doing mujras, and arrangements for sexual services are usually made through private pimps.[1] Approximately 1,000 of Karachi's 20,000 commercial sex workers are believed to operate within the district. Napier road red light area is biggest prostitute hub and central hub for transportation and supplying of young sex workers in country comprising number of sex workers.
