Naotake Satō (佐藤尚武 Satō Naotake, October 30, 1882 - December 18, 1971) was a Japanese diplomat and politician. He was born at Osaka.

Minister of Foreign Affairs (Senjuro Hayashi Cabinet), March 1937; resigned, June 1937; Diplomatic Adviser, Foreign Office (1st Fumimaro Konoye Cabinet), September 1938; resigned, October 1938; ; Diplomatic Adviser, Foreign Office (Hideki Tojo Cabinet).
He was an active politician and diplomat. between of much charges stay, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Diplomatic Adviser, Ambassador in Manchukuo, and the last Japanese Ambassador in the U.S.S.R. before Operation August Storm; later he was active in the United Nations.
