Naoshi Nakamura (Japanese: 中村直志, born January 27, 1979 in Chiba) is a Japanese football player who currently plays for J. League division 1 side Nagoya Grampus. He wears the number seven (7). He is 176 cm tall and 72 kg. Blood type A. He made his full international debut on August 9, 2006, in a friendly against Trinidad and Tobago.

Naoshi Nakamura's playing style is often compared to Glasgow Celtic star Shunsuke Nakamura due to his same surname and his similarities of their playmaking skills.
