Naoki Shigematsu (Japanese: 重松直樹) (born December 24, 1977) is a Japanese retired figure skater who currently works as a coach. He is a four time Japanese national silver medalist and the 1994 World Junior silver medalist. He placed 23rd at the 1995 World Figure Skating Championships. He retired from competitive skating following the 2000 Four Continents Championships.

As a coach, he has coached Takahito Mura[1], Rumi Suizu[2], and Hirofumi Torii, among others.
