Nanaimo—Cowichan is a federal electoral district in British Columbia, Canada, that has been represented in the Canadian House of Commons since 1988. It is located on Vancouver Island.

It includes, together with more rural areas, the southern portion of the City of Nanaimo, the City of Duncan, the Town of Ladysmith, and the District of North Cowichan.

The electoral district was created in 1987 from parts of Nanaimo—Alberni and Cowichan—Malahat—The Islands ridings.

Its Member of Parliament is Jean Crowder, a former human resources consultant. She was first elected in the 2004 election. She represents the New Democratic Party. She is the NDP critic on Status of Women, Health, Natural Resources, and Community Economic Development. She serves as the Vice-Chair on the Standing Committee on the Status of Women and as a member on the Standing Committee on Health.
