Portion of article pertaining to Raven forward air controllers needs amendment. There were never more than 22 Ravens deployed in Laos at one time, and usually considerably fewer. Also, Ravens came into their program in a number of ways, not just through NKP. Detachment 1 of 56th SOW at Udorn was the most usual support unit for the Ravens.
