Naka-Meguro Station (中目黒駅 Nakameguro-eki?) is a railway station located in Meguro Ward, Tokyo, Japan.

Naka-Meguro is a convenient transfer point between the Tokyu Tōyoko Line and the Hibiya Line, connecting Yokohama with the districts of Roppongi, Ginza, and Tsukiji in Tokyo, and beyond. The Tōyoko Line continues towards Yokohama, to the districts of Minato Mirai 21, Chinatown, and Motomachi via the Minato Mirai Line.

The Naka-Meguro Station is infamous for the Naka-Meguro train disaster on March 8, 2000.
