I notice that an editor has expressed concerns regarding the copyright status of this image. This situation is tricky, since it is the work of an unrecognized administration, however, both Armenian and Azerbaijani law exempts official insignia from copyright protection. See commons:Template:PD-ARM and commons:Template:PD-AZ-exempt. Valentinian T / C 12:44, 20 July 2007 (UTC)
- One could argue that this is not an official insignia since it is not a state symbol of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Thuresson 22:32, 20 July 2007 (UTC)
