Talk:Nadia Almada
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Hi am NADIA ALMADA & I went into Big Brother on day one, KITTEN PINDER, EMMA GREENWOOD, VANESSA NIMMO, SHELL JUBIN, MICHELLE BASS, JASON COWAN, DAN BRYAN, STUART WILSON, VICTOR EBUWA, AHMED AGHILL, MARCO SABBA, all came into the big brother house and we all became friends Marco, Emma, Michelle and myself were a very tight knit group, calling ourselves the LipGloss Bitches and we always hung out together. KITTEN was the first to be evicted from the big brother house then EMMA was asked to leave by Big Brother, following "Fight Night". Marco and I were gutted. VANESSA was then voted out in week 4. A new girl, BECKI SEDDIKI, then entered the BB House to replace Emma. A few days later, Marco, Michelle and myself (the 3 remaining LipGloss Bitches) were up for eviction. MARCO was evicted, I was deverstated, but happy to be there. A week later, BECKI was evicted. She got a lot of boo's, which I later found out was due to a "Judas Kiss" she had planted on Michelle's Cheeks. The next week, AHMED came out he got a lot of boo's too then it was VICTOR on day 57. Then, my only remaining LGB, MICHELLE was evicted on day 64 There was then a surprise eviction on day 69 and STUART left, without being aloud to say Goodbye. On the last day SHELL went out in 4th place, to a round of cheers. Then it was DAN in 3rd place. Then it was either me or JASON who would win the title of Winner Of Big Brother 2004. The public had voted me as the winner so JASON was the runner up for big brother. When I left the house, my mum, cousin and best friends were there to greet me and I was so happy, I had no words to describe how happy I was. Thank You!!

Is this real?
- Highly unlikely ... looking at the edit history the above has been "created" by multiple editors from widely separated address blocks. Moderate humour though and this is only a talk page ... --Vamp:Willow 22:26, 28 July 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Pronouns
Is the use of the male pronoun appropriate?
--Sjharte 16:03, 24 March 2006 (UTC)
- No. It's generally considered polite to use the targeted-gender pronoun, so Nadia is a "she" as far as both her and I am concerned. --ByeByeBaby 05:29, 25 March 2006 (UTC)
"She" is a woman as far as you and "her" are concerned!?! Well as far as i am concerned, "HE" was born a man and is STILL and will ALWAYS be a MAN.
Well the pronoun issue can resolved as Jokestress did with the Calpernia Addams page.

Somebody keeps changing the pronouns and adding a load of other crap. --JDtalkemail 17:00, 8 June 2006 (UTC)
Somebody also keeps deleting the fact that The Sun newspaper refers to Nadia as the 'PortuGeezer' and the 'Portuguese Man 'O' War'. These are unarguabe facts about Nadia and should not be allowed to be deleted. These labels played a significant part in her portrayal by the media and are a FACT, whether the editor who keeps deleting it likes it or not!
- Actually, that was me... I thought it was vandalism. Sorry. --JDtalkemail 13:06, 9 June 2006 (UTC)
- You should provide sources for those edits. Dysprosia 13:13, 9 June 2006 (UTC)
Ok, that is fair enough. Page should now be unprotected, since it seems to have been a misunderstanding, because it was not vandalism.

- Article has not been protected ever, so it was open for edit all along. I have removed the unprotect request for that matter.-- Kim van der Linde at venus 16:56, 10 June 2006 (UTC)
{{editprotected}}
as per wikipedia policy (as stated above) the subject of this article should be referred to as female, regardless of user POV. unforutnately a few individuals keep changing the pronouns, and so i request this page be protected with the female pronouns intactScoresheet 01:24, 2 June 2007 (UTC)
- Done. The article's been semi-protected for a couple of days. Cheers. --MZMcBride 01:45, 2 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Factual accuracy dispute
Is there something on a Wikipedia article, or something on the Internet that was produced when Kelly van der veer was in a series of Big Brother? J Ditalk 19:04, 15 September 2006 (UTC)
[edit] LGBT Christians?
The article makes no reference to it. I am no expert on her- has she ever mentioned her faith in interviews? Not050 (talk) 22:54, 1 February 2008 (UTC)Not050
