Nadirshaw Edulji Dinshaw lived in Karachi, Sindh, British India (now Pakistan). In 1924, in memory of Mr. Nadirshaw Edulji Dinshaw, a well known philanthropist, his heirs made substantial donations to Prince of Wales Engineering College and it was renamed as Nadirshaw Edulji Dinshaw Engineering College or NED Engineering College Karachi.
Parsis are guaranteed 4 seats for admission each year at NED.
His father, Seth Edulji Dinshaw was one of Karachi's most noted philanthropists.
