Nadir Khashimov

Nadir Khashimov (born 1990) is a violinist from Uzbekistan . He graduated from the Uspensky Republican Secondary Special Music School, studying with prof. A.A. Khashimov and P.Cobos.

Currently he studies at the Columbus State University with S. Schwartz. He is a holder of scholarships from the President of Uzbekistan and Spivakov’s Foundation.

  • Laureate of the 4th Paganini Moscow International Violin Competition, Russia (2006) 2nd Prize.
  • Laureate of the 9th Sarasate International Violin Competition, Spain (2007) 2nd prize and Audience prize.
