Nacho Azofra

Nacho Azofra (born July 23, 1969 in Madrid, Spain) is a former Spanish basketball player. A 1.81 m tall creative point guard, he led the Euroleague in assists with 5.6 per game in 1993. He spent almost his whole career playing for Adecco Estudiantes with which he reached a Euroleague Final Four in 1992 and a Korac Cup final in 1999. He is considered as being one of the emblematic figures of the club.
Azofra has been a member of the Spanish national basketball team and took part in the 1998 FIBA World Championship.
