Nabi Haibi was born in Afghanistan in 1977 and was brought up through a tumultuous period of Soviet Occupation of his homeland. Subsequently after the Mujahideen,the Taliban came to power. At early age of five, He left his homeland for Pakistan where he became a refugee. His adventure to understand the world politics around Afghanistan began. Many questions started haunting his mind. It became important to find answers about the world that slowly starting to unravel before him, and the role of Afghanistan. He thought when he go to the university he must pursue his degree in politics and law which will perhaps enable him to have the answer to those questions.
Nabi Habibi wrote many articles published and non published, dedicated his time to research on Afghanistan and also translated Prof. Mohammad Hashim Kamili's Book " Sharia Law: and Introduction" in to Pashtu language. Nabi Habibi is now pursuing his PhD degree. He earned his B.A. and M.A. in Political Science with specialization in International Relations with a sound personal and working knowledge on Afghanistan–Pakistan border issues.
