Nabumali High School
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Nabumali High School is a secondary school located in Mbale District, Uganda, a few kilometers from the foot of Wanale, one of the mountain ranges that make up Mount Elgon.
The school was founded by the Church Missionary Society (CMS) in 1900 with considerable help from Semei Kakungulu. It moved to its present location in 1912.
In August 2006, a student strike occurred at the school in protest of the school bursar's alleged mishandling of funds.[1]
