Nabagram is located at 22.29° N 88.51° E[1]. It has an average elevation of 6 metres (19 feet).

The area forms the lowest step of the Chota Nagpur Plateau. The general scenario is undulating land with scattered hills.[2]

Also Nabagram is a place which is situated on the bank of river "Ganges". Nearest landmark is Konnagar Railway Station, Nabagram Vidyapith School. Nabagram is a nice cool place to live on near Kolkata.People are not getting facilies that a municipal area gets, as Still it is ruled by "Gram Panchayet".

As of 2001 India census[3], Nabagram had a population of 5642. Males constitute 53% of the population and females 47%. Nabagram has an average literacy rate of 58%, lower than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 71%, and female literacy is 44%. In Nabagram, 15% of the population is under 6 years of age.
