Mere glyph variants. Unicode code charts show the odal rune without the funny little wing things that you are referring to. Morwen 11:02, 23 Nov 2003 (UTC)

Oh, actually having looked at your link, I see what you mean... The Nalecz and the Odal rune are clearly different things, and equally as clearly the Sanacja logo has the odal rune rather than the nalecz. Morwen 11:03, 23 Nov 2003 (UTC)
