This is a police mugshot of Chicago mobster Walter Stevens from the Chicago Daily News negatives collection, DN-0003451. Courtesy of the Chicago History Museum. The photo, which is released through an historical society, falls under Wikipedia's fair use policies as a historically significant photo of a famous individual and used for informational purposes.

This image is a booking photo, more commonly known as a mug shot, normally produced in the regular operations of a law enforcement agency or correctional facility. It is believed that the use of this photograph
