Néstor García Canclini

Néstor García Canclini (b. 1939) is an Argentine-born academic and anthropologist, known for his theorization of the concept of "hybridity." He currently works at the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana in Mexico City. His books include Hybrid Cultures and Consumers and Citizens.
