Mytilene International Airport (also known as Odysseas Elytis) (IATA: MJT, ICAO: LGMT) is an airport in Mytilene, on Lesbos Island Greece. The airport has one small terminal, that services both International and Domestic flights.

Airport History The operation of Government owned Mytilini (Lesvos) Island International Airport "Odysseas Elytis", is began on 1948 with a sand and ballast made Runway 1200 x 32 m. On 1965 the building infrastructure of airport had a total surface 368 m2. Today, the Runway has a length of 2400 m and a width of 45m and the building infrastructure of airport has a total surface 2000 m2. The first charter flight touch down on 1980. Mytilini (Lesvos) Island International Airport The airport was opened in 1948.
