From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Myths to Live By is a collection of lectures (originally given as lectures) by mythologist Joseph Campbell during the time period of 1958 to 1971.

The deep power of myth on the inner, spiritual lives of human beings throughout the ages (including our own age) is the common theme running throughout all of the essays in the collection.
