A tag has been placed on Amin Sameti, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion. To do this, add {{hangon}}
on the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag) and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.

Purgatory is a Persian (Iranian) Thrash/Death Metal band. It was formed in 2004 in Tehran. Purgatory was formed by Shahab Moradi, vocalist, drummer and former member of [Death Metal]] band, The Tarantists. After starting the band, he started writing music with guitarist Sina Azadnia. They composed songs such as Red Death and When Angels Desire To Die (which later changed name to Heros) together. After a couple of years of working, they started jamming with guitarist Amin Sameti and bassist Mohammad Hallaji, formers of Thrash/Death Metal band Artia. They started writing songs together at the first days of summer 2007, but unfortunately they separated becouse of lack of agreement on geners, so they ended up working with each other as a band at the end of summer.
[edit] Influence
Purgatory is obviously influenced by bands such as Slayer and Kreator. But they have never denied their honor and respect for Extreme Death Metal bands such as Nile. Their lyrics are also influenced by bands like Death. Their lyrics usually have philosophical theme and are mostly about death.
